REDSCAN LiDAR- Laser Scan - REDSCAN is a 2D LiDAR detector which utilises ‘Time of Flight’ technology.
The REDSCAN series is an award-winning laser scanner detector. It can detect a moving object's size and distance from the detector and process that information with a unique built-in algorithm, which results in high-reliability detection with minimal false alarms. The detectors can be used indoors and outdoors, and can be mounted vertically or horizontally according to the application and site conditions.The REDSCAN series features long-range LiDARs REDSCAN Pro - RLS-3060V (30m x 60m) and RLS-50100V (50m x 100); and short-range LiDARs REDSCAN mini-Pro - RLS-2020A/ V; and REDSCAN mini - RLS-2020I/S, both covering 20m x 20m.
OPTEX REDSCANs provide flexible solutions that enhance video surveillance and a wide range of security & safety applications. All REDSCANs can be installed directly on an IP security network and/or utilise relay outputs providing system redundancy.
